Due to the nature of our custom pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any problems, contact us and we will get them resolved!

RP+Co. DIY SIGN PARTIES:

THE SIGN-MAKING FUN IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!

BUT FIRST, HERE ARE THE PARTY REQUIREMENTS AND POLICIES:

POLICIES:   

• DUE TO WORKSHOP TIME SLOTS, CAPACITY AND TABLE SPACE, ONLY ONE PERSON PER PROJECT UNLESS THE SCHEDULED EVENT SPECIFIES OTHERWISE. 
• DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR PROJECTS, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS.  IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND YOUR SCHEDULED WORKSHOP, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL PUT YOUR PROJECT TOGETHER FOR YOU IN. A DIY KIT FOR YOU TO PICK UP AT A LATER DATE. 
• WORKSHOPS WILL START ON TIME! PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10-15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START TIME.
  

PHOTO CONSENT: I hereby agree that Rustic Palette and Company may use my photograph in the routine promotion of its classes, activities and products.

SAFETY WAIVER
Upon mutual consideration of both parties, I release Rustic Palette and Company, from all liability relating to injuries or property damage that may occur during one of the sign parties or after due to hanging error. By agreeing to these policies, I agree to hold Rustic Palette and Company entirely free from any and all liability, including financial responsibilities for injuries or damages incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

By registering for a workshop and clicking the acknowledge button, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rustic Palette and Company, its manager, and members from and against any and all claims for personal injuries or damages of any kind arising from participation in Rustic Palette and Company DIY Craft Studio Classes.

I ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THE RISKS INVOLVED WORKING WITH WOOD AND WOOD-RELATED PRODUCTS.   NAIL GUNS, NAILS, WOOD, SAND PAPER, SCREWS, WIRE, RIBBON, SCISSORS, OTHER CRAFT SUPPLIES, PAINT (ACRYLIC, CHALK, AND/OR LATEX) AND OIL BASED STAIN MAY BE USED DURING THE PARTIES. I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONDITIONS THAT WILL INCREASE MY LIKELIHOOD OF EXPERIENCING INJURIES WHILE ENGAGING IN THIS ACTIVITY.

I am also acknowledging that I do not have any food allergies or sensitivities and will refrain from eating or drinking anything at a Rustic Palette and Company workshop that I am allergic to.  I also agree to hold Rustic Palette and Company completely free from any and all liability, including financial from any illness, injuries, accidents, and all claims due to eating, drinking or consuming any and all foods and beverages at a workshop, regardless if the food/beverage was complimentary or purchased. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• WE ASK FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE TO HOLD A PARTY. (MINIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF A 35 MILE RADIUS OF RUSTIC PALETTE + CO.
• IF OUTSIDE RP+CO 35 MILE RADIUS, $5 IS ADDED TO EACH PERSON TO HELP COVER TRAVEL EXPENSES.
• IF 10 OR MORE PARTICIPANTS ATTEND YOUR PARTY (NOT INCLUDING YOURSELF), THEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR SIGN FOR FREE!! (OUTSIDE OF THE 35 MILES RADIUS, 12 OR MORE PEOPLE MUST ATTEND YOUR PARTY, TO RECEIVE YOUR SIGN IS FREE).
• RP+CO WILL BRING ALL MATERIALS REQUIRED AND WILL WALK YOU THROUGH STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS. WE JUST ASK THAT YOU PROVIDE THE TABLES. 
• BY THE END OF THE PARTY, YOU AND YOUR GUESTS WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE HOME A BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE PIECE OF DECOR THAT YOU ARE EXCITED TO DISPLAY IN YOUR HOME!
• MOST PARTIES TAKE AROUND 2.5-3 HOURS, DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH CHATTING, SNACKING, OR INDECISIVENESS ABOUT COLORS TAKES PLACE! 
• CUSTOM DESIGNS ARE PROPERTY OF RP+CO AND CAN BE USED IN THE FUTURE ANY WAY THAT RP+CO SEES FIT. 
• BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LAID OUT ON THIS SITE, YOU ARE ALSO AGREEING TO GET OCCASIONAL MARKETING MATERIAL FROM RP+CO OR AFFILIATES. YOU MAY OPT OUT AT ANY TIME. WE WILL NEVER SHARE OR SELL YOUR INFORMATION.
• RESERVING YOUR SPOT AT THE PARTY AND DESIGN CHOICE
• ONCE YOUR DATE IS SET, YOU CAN START INVITING YOUR FRIENDS AND CHOOSING YOUR DESIGNS! RP+CO WILL GIVE THE HOST A LINK TO AN ONLINE FORM THAT CAN BE SHARED WITH THE PARTICIPANTS SO THEY CAN RESERVE THEIR SPOT AND COMMUNICATE THEIR DESIGN CHOICE. WE HAVE MANY DESIGN OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO CHOOSE FROM AND ARE WORKING HARD TO CONTINUALLY ADD MORE, SO WE ARE CONFIDENT YOU'LL FIND SOMETHING YOU LOVE! 
• WE REQUIRE ALL GUESTS TO RESERVE THEIR SPOT BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE FORM, AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF THE PARTY (ALTHOUGH ONE WEEK WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!) SO WE CAN PREPARE ALL THE MATERIALS AHEAD OF TIME. 

POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS

DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR PROJECTS, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS.  IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND YOUR SCHEDULED WORKSHOP, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL PUT YOUR PROJECT TOGETHER FOR YOU IN. A DIY KIT FOR YOU TO PICK UP AT A LATER DATE.

IF YOU GET AT LEAST 10 PARTICIPANTS TO ATTEND YOUR PARTY (NOT INCLUDING YOURSELF), THEN YOUR SIGN IS COMPLETELY FREE!!
